VANILLA ICE CREAM RECIPE












Ingredients

1) Milk - 1 Litre                      
2) Milk Cream,Fresh - 250 Grams                       
3) Corn Flour - 1 Table Spoon                           
4) Sugar - 150 Grams                                            
5) Ice Cream Stabilizer - 1/4 Tea Spoon            
6) Vanilla Essence - 1 Tea Spoon. 
  Cooking Method

1. Boil the milk for 10 minutes on medium fire add sugar,stir continuously.
2. Take 3 tablespoons hot milk in a cup,add 1 tea spoon sugar and stabilizer mix well,pour this mixture into the boiling milk.
3. Again boil milk for 10-15 minutes.
4. Take 2-3 table spoons cold milk and add corn lour.make a smooth paste and slowly pour into the boiling milk.                    
5. Boil for 2-3 minutes.  
6. Remove from fire,stir continuously,let it cool completely.                    
7. Add essence and cream and mix well put in a aluminium mould only and keep it into the chiller for 2-3 hours on the maximum temperature.
8. Remove from chiller and churn well in the mixie.
9. Again put into the chiller for 1 hour.  Keep it on maximum,Remove from chiller and churn again.
10. Again keep it in the chiller for 2 hours on the normal.  Now the Vanilla ice cream will be ready

PISTA ICE CREAM RECIPE

















Ingredients

1) Milk - 1 Litre                                              
2) Sugar - 150 Grams
3) Milk Cream,Fresh - 1 Cup                  
4) Ice Cream Stabilizer - 1/4 Tea Spoon
5) Pistachio,Chopped - 10 Pieces
6) Pista Essence - 1/2 Tea spoon
7) Pista Colour - Few drops 
8) Corn Flour - 1 Table Spoon  
 
Cooking Method

1. Boil the milk for 10 minutes on medium flame.  Add sugar stirring all the time.
2. Take 2 table spoons of hot milk in a cup add 2 tea spoons sugar and stabilizer, mix well,pour this mixture into the boiling milk.    
3. Again boil milk for 10-15 minutes.
4. Take 2-3 table spoons cold milk and add cocoa powder and make a smooth paste and slowly this mixture into the boiling milk.                              
5. Boil for 2-3 minutes,remove from fire,stir continuously,let it cool completely.                
                      
6. Add essence,colour,cream and put in the Aluminium mould and keep it into the chiller for 3 hours on the maximum.  Remove from the chiller.
7. Churn in the mixie and again put into the chiller for 1 hour on the maximum
8. Remove from the chiller.churn again,add pista on the top and keep in the freezer for two hours on normal.
9. Now the Pista ice cream will be ready.

CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM RECIPE

















Ingredients

1) Milk - 1 Litre                                                         
2) Milk Cream,Fresh - 200 Grams                         
3) Corn Flour - 1 Table Spoon                           
4) Sugar - 150 Grams                                            
5) Ice Cream Stabilizer - 1/4 Tea Spoon            
6) Chocolate Essence - 1 Tea Spoon               
7) Cocoas Powder - 25 Grams. 
 
Cooking Method


1. Boil the milk for 10 minutes on medium fire.  Add sugar stir continuously.
2. Take 2 table spoons of hot milk in a cup,add 2 teaspoons sugar and stabilizer, mix well,pour this mixture into the boiling milk.
3. Again boil milk for 10-15 minutes.
4. Take 2-3 table spoons cold milk and add cocoa powder and smooth paste and slowly pour this mixture into the boiling milk.                         
5. Take two table spoons cold milk, add corn flour,make smooth paste and add into the boiling milk.  Boil for 2-3 minutes.       
6. Remove from fire and stirring continuously,let it cool completely.                         
7. Add essence and cream and mix well put in a aluminium mould only and keep  into the chiller for 2-3 hours on the maximum temperature.
8. Remove from chiller and churn well in the mixie.  Again put into the chiller for 1 hour on maximum,Remove from chiller and churn again.
9. Again keep it in the chiller for 2 hours on the normal.
10.  Now the Chocolate  ice cream will be ready.

MANGO ICE CREAM RECIPE




















Ingredients

1) Mango Pulp - 100 Grams
2) Vanilla Basic Ice Cream - 700 Grams
3) Mango Essence - 1/2 Tea Spoon
4) Lemon Yellow Colour - Few Drops
                                                
Cooking Method

1. Mix mango pulp in the Basic ice cream,churn in the mixie.
2. Add Essence and colour.
3. Set in the fridge on normal temperature.
4. Serve with mango slice on the top.

PINEAPPLE ICE CREAM RECIPE
























Ingredients

1) Vanilla Basic Ice Cream - 700 Grams
2) Pine Apple Juice,fresh - 75 Grams
3) Lemon Yellow Colour - Few Drops
4) Pine Apple Essence - 1/2 tea spoon
  Cooking Method

1. Mix all the ingredients well.
2. Set in the fridge for 2-3 hours on the normal temperature and serve.

SANDWICH ICE CREAM RECIPE












Ingredients

1) Vanilla Basic Ice Cream - 700 Grams
2) Pan ice cream - 300 Grams
3) Silver foil for Decoration


Cooking Method

1. Set 1 centimeter layer of vanilla ice cream in a tray,set for 2 hours.
2. On 1st layer of 1/2 centimeter layer of pan ice cream for two hours.
3.  Again set 3rd layer of 1 centimeter of canilla ice cream for two hours.
4.  Remove from fridge and cut the ice cream into sandwich shape.
5.  Garnish with silver foil and serve.

RAVA IDLI RECIPE

















Ingredients

1) Urad Dal - 1/2 Cup
2) Rava - 2 Cups
3) Gram Dal - 1 Table spoon
4) urad dal - 1 Table spoon
5) Ground Nut Pieces - 25 Grams
6) Cashew nuts - 25 Grams
7) Mustard seeds - 1 Tea spoon
8) Curry Leaves - 7-10 Nos
9) Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tea spoon
10) Cummin Seeds -  1/2 Tea spoon
11) Coriander Leaves chopped - 1/2 Cup
12) Soda bi carb - 1 Tea spoon
13) Salt - 2 Tea spoons
14) Oil - 2 Table spoons
15) Curd - 1/2 Cup
16) Green Chillies Chopped - 5 Nos
 
Cooking Method

1) Soak 1/2 cup urad dal for about two hours and make a find paste.
2) Heat oil in a pan add one table spoon urad dal and gram dal,green chillies,when dals become light brown add mustard,curry leaves,cashew nuts,groundnuts green chillies and rava and fry for 10-15 minutes.  Take down from fire keep aside.
3) Mix dal paste,turmeric powder,coriander leaves,salt soda,curd and rava mixture and make a thick paste.  Keep aside for 4-5 hours.
4) Cook the Rava Idli in the idli cooker.
5) Serve hot with chutney.

PAN ICE CREAM RECIPE



















Ingredients

1) Basic Ice Cream - 700 Grams
2) Pan Essence - 1/2 Tea Spoon
3) Green Colour - Few Drops

 
Cooking Method



1. Mix all the ingredients well.
2. Set in the fridge for 3 hours on the normal temperature and serve.

RICE IDLI RECIPE


Ingredients

1) Urad Dal - 250 Grams
2) Rice - 750 Grams
3) Salt - 1 Table spoon
4) Soda bi carb - 1 Tea spoon

Cooking Method

1) Wash and soak the urad and rice separately for 2-3 hours.
2)  Grind the Urad Dal to a fine paste and rice can be ground coarsely.
3)  Mix both pastes well,add salt and soda.  Keep for 5-7 hours,the batter should rise well.
4)  Grease the idli moulds with oil,pour idli batter in it and cook in the steam.
5)  Serve hot with Chutney and sambar.


SWEET IDLI RECIPE


















Ingredients

1) Urad Dal - 250 Grams
2) Rice - 550 Grams
3) Jaggery, grated - 150-250 Grams
4) Cardamom powder -1 Tea spoon
5)  Nutmeg - 1/2 Pinch
6)  Mace - 1/2 Pinch
7)  Soda bi carb - 1 Tea spoon
8)  Water - 1.5 Cup
9)  Lemon Yellow colour (Optional) - 1 pinch

Cooking Method

1) Soak dal and rice separately for about four hours.
2) Grind dal into a fine paste.
3) Grind the rice coarsely.
4) Soak the jaggery in the 1.5 cup water till gets dissolve then strain it.
5) Mix dal paste,rice paste,jaggery water and make a thick batter.
6) Add soda in the above batter and keep aside for 5-6 hours in the warm place till it is light and frothy.
7) Add cardamom powder,nutmeg and Mace Powder into above batter and cook the idlies in the idli  cooker.
8) Serve hot.
